1. Conditions of Use

OnlineGift is offered to you as a user, subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By using this service, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions.

2. Service Overview

OnlineGift is an automated platform for creating personal and interactive digital greetings. Your use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately exit the platform and discontinue use of the service.

How it works: Choose template → Fill content form → Preview → Pay → Website automatically published with URL: onlinegift.id/req-nama → Can edit content and change available themes

3. Platform and Terms & Conditions Modification

OnlineGift reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the service, prices, and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices from time to time. In case of pricing errors, OnlineGift reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders. Continued use after changes means you agree to the modifications.

4. Copyrights

This platform is owned and operated by PT WIPIN TECH GROUP. All templates, designs, logos, and platform content are the property of PT WIPIN TECH GROUP and protected by Indonesian copyright laws.

User Content Rights: Photos, videos, music and content you upload remain yours. <strong> OnlineGift will not use your content for marketing purposes </strong> or other purposes without your written permission.

5. Intellectual Property and Template Protection

⚠️ STRICT PROHIBITION

All 36 website templates available on OnlineGift are original works and intellectual property of PT WIPIN TECH GROUP. These templates are internally created and protected by Indonesian copyright laws.

🚫 You are PROHIBITED from:

Selling templates

Whether original or modified templates, in any form

Stealing, copying, or duplicating templates

Including source code, design, layout, or visual elements

Reverse engineering or decompiling

Dismantling code structure or attempting to extract templates

Distributing or sharing templates

To third parties, whether free or paid

Using templates for competitor services

Creating similar platforms or selling similar website creation

Claiming templates as your own work

Templates are the work of PT WIPIN TECH GROUP or onlinegift.id

✅ You are ONLY allowed to:

  • Use templates to create personal gift websites according to purchased package
  • Fill in content (text, photos, videos) in provided forms
  • Share generated gift website URL to gift recipients
  • Change templates with same package and category (after publishing)
  • Creating social media video content from website must credit onlinegift.id

⚖️ Violation Sanctions

Violations of template protection terms will be subject to sanctions:

  • • Permanent account closure without refund
  • • Deletion of all created websites
  • • Legal action for copyright infringement (Law No. 28 of 2014)
  • • Material compensation according to damages suffered by PT WIPIN TECH GROUP
  • • Permanent blacklist from OnlineGift services

ℹ️ Important Note

All templates are equipped with anti-theft technology and digital watermarking. We can detect template misuse outside the OnlineGift platform. Violation reports can be sent to admin@onlinegift.id

6. Registration and Account

To use the service, you need to register by entering accurate information:

  • Full Name
  • Active email
  • Phone Number
  • Secure password

You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password. Sharing account access with others is not permitted.

7. Payment

We use Midtrans as a secure and trusted payment gateway. Available payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata)
  • E-Wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay)
  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Convenience Store (Indomaret, Alfamart)

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway Midtrans which has its own security policies.

Website will be automatically published within ~1 menit after successful payment confirmation.

8. Content Policy

PROHIBITED Content:

  • SARA content (Ethnicity, Religion, Race, Inter-Group)
  • Pornography, violence, or adult content
  • Gambling or illegal activities
  • Provocative political content
  • Third-party copyright violations
  • Fraud, spam, or malware

Violating content will be immediately rejected or deleted without refund.

9. Music Policy

Users are prohibited from uploading copyrighted music without official license
Users may only upload:

  • License-free / royalty-free music
  • Self-created music
  • Music with purchased license
  • Public domain music

All uploaded music is entirely the user's responsibility. OnlineGift is not responsible for DMCA claims, copyright disputes, or legal actions from music owners. If violations occur, music will be automatically deleted.

10. Refund Policy

Refund Terms:

  • No refunds after website is successfully published
  • No refunds if website results do not meet expectations, please review your chosen template first
  • Template changes are still possible after publishing (with same package and category)

11. Content Takedown Request

You can request a takedown (deletion) of your website before the active period ends. Please contact our support via email including:

  • Website URL to be deleted
  • Registered email
  • Deletion reason

Note: Your deletion request will be processed within 24 hours. No refund for websites deleted before the active period ends.

12. Privacy

We highly value your privacy. Your personal data (name, email, phone) and uploaded content will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except Midtrans for payment processing purposes. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer

OnlineGift provides the platform "as is". We strive to provide the best service, but do not guarantee that the service will be free from errors, disruptions, or downtime. We are not responsible for losses arising from the use or inability to use our service.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT WIPIN TECH GROUP from any claims, demands, or losses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or violation of third-party rights.

15. Applicable Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republik Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through the courts in Surabaya, East Java.
